Print your own tissues at home- A video tutorial+Giveaway

Heya,

I am back with another video tutorial which is the 1st part of the second technique for Quilled Decoupage Jhumkas.

This technique mainly deals with printing of tissue paper with patterns at home. And techniques to stop the bleeding of the colours on coming in contact with varnish. This particular video tutorial will deal with the technique of printing of the tissue at home.
